Pathetic service

Order Number : *** - I placed an order for a book on the 28th December and estimated for delivery was on the 5th January , to date I haven't heard a single word from them , no email updates , nothing and the status is still on the processing stages. Have tried to call the customer service number and the number rings with no answer. Schools have re-opened already and the book was purchased for school and my daughter is unable to hand that over because of the ridiculous service received thus far. I need someone to call me and let me know what is the hold up as I need the book before Monday next week.
