Over Charging
Good Morning. I am (was) a regular buyer at Clearwater Mall branch. I Pre-Order my book on a Monthy basis. But this month their price increased so bad, I looked elsewhere for my books, just to find my copy of 'Clive Cussler - ********' is over R60-00 Less at another Supplier. I don't mind a supplier to make a Profit, But over R60-00 on 1 Book, that is *******. I am sorry their company will not be seeing me in their stores again. That is way unacceptable.

I'm afraid that the only listing I can find for the Hardcover - Clive Cussler - is on special import?
Prices are terribly difficult to manage with special imports so I'm sorry if you have had a bad experience. We have a pricing methodology that we have used on special imports for many years, and it is certainly not a 'profiteering' model.
If you could give me a little more detail about your experience perhaps I will be able to follow it up further. eg alternate pricing? edition? was it a special import?
