Outstanding service after an unfortunate event

<p>After an unfortunate and unpleasant incident at Exclusive Books at OR Tambo domestic departures, the issue was sorted out very efficiently by Rob Shortt at Exclusive Books head office. Rob went the extra mile and delivered books to my guests who were on safari and the remainder of the books to my office. This is really outstanding service and I would highly recommend Exclusive Books as a bookshop of choice.</p>
