Order placed 28 July - STILL no delivery

I placed an order on 28 July 2015 for ONE book. It has been paid in full, and was supposed to be delivered to the Centurion branch by the latest 15 August 2015. I received NO updates or information, and still have not received the book. I have just cancelled my order and requested a refund. Will definitely NEVER again buy or order anything from Exclusive Books, and will be sure to inform all my friends and family accordingly.
