Order Number ***

I have placed and paid for an order of 6 books online in the middle of September. Expected delivery date was on the 5th of October 2015. On the 5th the was no communication. I then send a mail to exclusive books asking why my order is delayed. On the 6th my mail was rep**** by Andile Ngwenya humbly apologising on behalf of exclusive and explaining that it is due to the supplier. He also promised to keep me updated about my order. Still waiting for communication even today. I can't understand why my order is delayed. I am disappointed exclusive books.
