Order not right

I ordered online, only to receive my order a month later. So excited I open up my parcel only to see it's half a book, I ordered a 2 in 1 book but only has one story in on the site the book should have 500 something pages my book has 275 pages ***...I'm so disappointed no one checks when packing now I can't read my book I waited so long and no one replies to mails...what do I do...I want it sorted asap
