Order not delivered from Exclusive books

I made an online order on the 29th of July, till today (17 September )I have not received my order. There is no communication what's so ever, except when I made an inquiry which said I would receive my books by the 9th of September, still no books received on my end. I just want my books at this point. Online services are supposed to be convenient and easy to use, it's quite the opposite experience with Exclusive books (South Africa)
