Online Purchase

<p>I bought a book online and the estimated day which was on the 6th February came and I called the store where it was to be delivered and they told me next day. On the next day ,I called as no one actually bothered to inform me that there are having issues and they told me that they are out if stock and no one informs me of what is happening. I than had to call the call centre to find out what was happening and till this day I have note recieved my book and no communication of the book.</p> <p> </p> <p> This is really unacceptable for such a big store to be treating their customers as if they do not matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you.</p>
