Online has the worst delivery service

I am so disappointed by exclusive books delivery service I purchased a book online and the promised 48hour delivery service and the had a date indicating when to expect the delivery which was the 24/10/17 today it is the 26/10/17 and I have not hear anything about the delivery I do not even have the energy to track it as that things is useless as a AF. I will never ever buy online again as much as it is convenient it is also so inconvenient.
