One of the worst purchase and customer support experiences I've ever experienced

I bought an eVoucher (electronic, as in digital) for a friend on their website as a birthday gift. The delivery is supposed to be instant but it was not. The voucher was not delivered and my order was stuck.

I attempted to email and call in order to resolve this but all calls and emails were ignored, I was not at all able to even get through a customer support representative. My only way of finally getting hold of someone was to message their facebook page and only then was I finally able to get hold of someone that resolved the issue (5 days after purchase for a delivery that was suppose to be instant AND was a birthday gift)

Definitely one of the worst purchase and customer support experiences that I've ever had.
