O/N: *** DELIVERED TO SOMEONE - I WANT MY PARCEL

WHY DO YOU STILL USE ARAMEX AS YOUR COURIER ? PLEASE SORT OUT YOUR COURIER !!!!! PARCEL NOT RECEIVED DUE TO LAZINESS - WHO IS TSHEPO? Is it the norm for ARAMEX to deliver a parcel to anyone at a gate and just carry on. I tried tracking my parcel EX********** as it was out for delivery today and to my surprise saw it was already delivered early morning. The online app I spoke with JUAN and was on it for 45 minutes with no feedback. After calling numerous numbers I succeeded an got to a Call Centre where a lady helped me and could tell me a guy named "TSHEPO" signed for the parcel. We do not have a staff member on our premises called by that name at all and neither does our neighbouring companies. I want my parcel A.S.A.P. This is nothing but incompetence or laziness.
