Hi Exclusive books

The hard copy book industry is slowly dying due to poor service. The fast world of online books and ******* downloads is more prominent than ever. Still, you are unable to give me / your clients decent service. I bought a book on the 1st of November '24, and you cannot tell me when it will be delivered.

You took my money even though you haven't delivered it. I must follow up with you twice weekly and will likely not get feedback. So, I will not use your bookstore [walk-in or online] again. I will not recommend you. I will continue supporting hard-copy books as they can survive in the digital age.
