Non-existent online service

Pathetic service - non-existent service, in fact! Ordered and paid for 2 books on 16 Dec 2022, never got a confirmation email or order number, followed up on 19 January 2023; got a ticket number - messaged the Facebook page - still waiting......!! Ridiculous!
