Non Delivery of goods, cant provide ETA's

Very poor. Ordered book on the 1st of May, Eta was for the 4th of May. I checked there tracking today, says its still being processed. Chat with "Eric" on the little chat window, Eric says he is going to check the order. 20 minutes later...still waiting for an answer. After complaining that I only get responses when initiating, I'm told that I will be called back.

They have a "cancel order" but...obviously not a lot of faith in themselves. Wonder how many weeks I will have to wait for my refund if I did that.
