No order delivery for online order. No feedback on enquiries. Don`t use Exclusive Books online!

I ordered a Moleskin diary from exclusive books, which should have arrived on the 13th of January according to their feedback from the order.

As of yet, there has been no delivery and in spite of various enquiries via mail and phone with many promises to provide feedback on my order status, I have received no order status whatsoever.

I would therefore seriously discourage anyone from ordering online with Exclusive books. You loose money and get nothing in return.
