No delivery - Don't use these people

I ordered two books end of June and was told the estimated delivery date is early July. <br> <br> It is now late September and I still don't have my books. They emailed me once to apologise for late delivery and since then they have never bothered to respond to my various emails. When I called their call centre a lazy-sounding agent told me she would follow up with the warehouse and let me know what is going on. No prices for guessing that she never bothered to call back.<br> <br> I called them again demanding my money back and the same lazy-sounding agent told me she is having problems with her email system. So not only can I not get my books but I also can't get back my money. We are talking Exclusive Books here for Pete's sake!!!! <br> <br> Don't use this **** service even if your life depends on it!
