No Customer Care from Customer Care

I placed an order on 3 November 2022. It is an international Order from New Zealand. order was paid for and proof was sent through. Approximately to be delivered on the 16 November. On 16 November - the delvery date - Nisha Reddy contacted me and told me one book was not available. I sent a replacement name. Was told I would have to do another order and pay another R1550 .00 delivery fee. When I asked about the Delivery date on the other Items tracking number showed the items only left 9H58 pm on the 16 th of November. A refund would be given on the one item. Not showing on the account, when I enquired about the refund Got an out of office email from Nisha Reddy. Great work Nisha Reddy. Customer care not looking out for customer care. I cannot recommend this company. Please do not waste your money or your time. CUSTOMER Care does not DO Customer Care
