My so called ******/missing exclusive books parcel

The worst service ever!!!!! This was my first time ordering from this website and a product i wanted was only availible online So i took a chance because i have been ordering online from other shopping sites for many years So on the 14th of feb i placed an order 15th i made payement...everything went smoothly On the 11th off march i tracked my order online and i found that it had reached exclusive books warehouse So i made calls too find out when my stuff would be delivered...i was given a number off a courier company that was handling my shipment...this week i made multiple calls to them...with promises too call me back Nothing......i then called on the 19th off march...and guess what!!!! I am now told that my package cannot be traced!!! That its missing or has been ******!!!!!can you imagine!!!no one from exclusive books or the courier company bother too call and inform me!!!!!i had too waste my airtime too call and find out!!!!!!now im told that they have too now re order my entire order all over again!!!!!!!and that it will take them 21 days!!!!i am so angry and appaled right now!!!at the customer service i have received!!!!and i will not be ordering from them again!!!!
