Loyalty card..or not
I have bought many books there in the past and quite a while ago I lost my Loyalty card. I have now requested and paid for a new card 4 times!! And still no card. First they said it will be posted, then they said it will be sent to the branch and they will phone me once it is there. But still I have no card. Looks like this is just a way of getting in more money.

I am shocked that you could have paid for a replacement card 4 times.
This simply does not make sense to me.
I will be very happy to look into the matter if you could confirm your Fanatics Number as being 357211.
We will definitely try and trace these payments and ensure that you get a refund. I can assure you that the R20 replacement cost barely covers the cost of printing and producing a card, and delivering it to the nearest store.
