Late orders - No communication

<p>I am very disappointed in Exclusive Books - Brooklyn. They didn't have stock of the books I wanted, so I ordered them. The latest order will be the third one in a row that will arrive 5-7 days later than what they promised in store. </p> <p>I specifically asked if this one was going to be late again and they promised that it wouldn't be. If the orders are late due to unforseen circumstances it is understandable - but there is no communication either. It is apparant that they don't care about their customers like they used to.</p> <p>I suggest ordering from Takealot instead to avoid disappointment. The communication is much better and I've never received a late order from them. </p>
