Kicked out of exclusives for reading

I was literally kicked out of exclusives at V&A for taking pictures of a book cover (which I do to know what I have read, what I liked and to instagram it and refer the book to,friends), taking down notes (to keep track of what I've read and what I find interesting), reading without the intention to buy the particular book and allegedly damaging a book (which was placed back in the shelf as though it wasn't damaged- probably because it wasn't damaged). This was a highly degrading experience for someone who actually likes reading,hard copy books and who has actually bought from several other exclusive stores. Great to know this places treats people like ****, or just happened to,treat me like ****. Kudos for your GREAT customer care, glad to know you're doing your best in a market that is dwindling very quickly
