Exclusive books has proved to be the most *********** company i have come to contact with and doesnt even deserve a single star rating. I placed an order on the 3rd of May, after a month of waiting and calling i decided to cancel my order as i got the book elsewhere. After several phone calls and emails (which they barely answer to) a month later my book was picked up from me for return . i was promised my refund by the end of the week. I did not receive any refund and the book got delivered back to me. Their customer service is extremely poor and has caused a severe inconvenience and a great deal of frustration.
