I WAS RACIALLY PROFILE AND RACIALLY ABUSE IN EXCLUSIVE BOOKS BROOKLYN MALL

<p>Black ******** Stereotypes and Racial Profiling</p> <p> </p> <p>The racial stereotyping of ********* has been an enduring and unfortunate feature of South African and African culture generally.</p> <p>However, following the civil rights movement, the linkage between Blacks and crime was galvanized. The stereotyping of Blacks as ********* is so pervasive throughout society that “******** predator” is used as a euphemism for “young Black male.” This common stereotype has erroneously served as a subtle rationale for the unofficial policy and practice of racial profiling by ******** justice practitioners.</p> <p>So many stereotypical ways have been on going in the so called suburbs of South Africa like DWB (Driving While Black), SWB (Shopping While Black) and LWB (Looking While Black). ****** is South Africa number one enemy and people ignore or let me say the government and the opposition which it favours most ignore all this cause the issue would warrant the true colour of hatred.</p> <p>Am writing this cause I would like to share with you and I hope it takes some head and it would be wise to ********ise these things so people can feel secure.</p> <p>EXCLUSIVE BOOKS BROOKLYN( Located in Brooklyn Mall, Pretoria, http://www.exclusivebooks.co.za/) now that’s the name of the so called free South African company I went into to look for the new Harry Porter Book as a big fan of the movie, I couldn`t wait to find the book for The Cursed Child and Fantastic Beast.</p> <p>Walking into that shop, I found amazing things I was looking for and at that time I was the only man of coloured walking into the particular book store which wasn`t anything to me as long as I find what I was looking for and make the payment. Behold the security guard went to one of the staffs and then came to my corner immediately, found it odd cause I believe immediately after he went to him and now am being followed, not to be paranoid, went to another side of the shop to look at some magazines and the security guard followed me again, now this isn`t right but I felt cool down probably just doing his job. Went to the biography side again and now am being followed, went to the fiction side, followed again by same one security guy who is supposed to watch everyone and not me only. About 20 people came in which none was followed but now I wanted to be sure and I went to look at 7 other different books in 7 different corners before I actually confront him that `Why are you following me Only?` he answered ARE YOU PLANNING TO ***** SOMETHING? WHY SHOULDN`T I FOLLOW YOU ONLY? IT`S PART OF MY JOB!!! OMG not only was I humiliated, don’t get me wrong, I was glad I was right but who wants to be right that you were humiliated? It`s humiliating and very painful and I did challenge them but obviously they denied but were also chuckling and laughing. No one want to play the black card or play the coloured card for no reason but isn`t these things should be ********ise immediately? Would I wish this on my enemy? No I won`t cause it’s a painful cause. I wish something could be done because not only am hurt, am proud to be black and I have no hate in my heart but why am I profile for my colour? It`s not the easiest pill to swallow. I hope it doesn`t happen to anyone else in future.</p>
