Awful awful service , ordered online and paid and received confirmation about delivery in 4 days and no communication about the delay in my order, it’s books my kids need for school school has started and my kids don’t have the books , customer service consultants are misinformed and unhelp and management refuses to return calls or be he’s accountable for the lack of communication
