Horrible Service

I have been a loyal member of Exclusive Books for over 25 years and my whole family have joined in on my habit for the love of books. My grandson is probably the biggest book worm yet and I always buy him books for Christmas (he wants nothing else but books) however, this time around I had to watch his sad face as his books were not delivered on time for Christmas (due date: 21 December 2023) to date, I have not received my order. After several attempts to get in touch with your customer care (to no avail - NOTHING NEW THERE) I ended up calling your Head Office number (took a chance of course) The phone rang twice and was answered by the most lovely lady with an exotic voice for radio Rifilwe is her name. She was able to make things happen in less than 1 hour. My order was delivered the next day, Please Please Please - MAKE SURE YOU KEEP THAT LADY because Exclusive Books NEEDS her more than she needs Exclusive Books. To Rifilwe, you have made sure that my whole family stays loyal to Exclusive Books for another year and I hope your hard work is noticed, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
