Horrible online support

I bought a gift voucher for my mom for mother’s day. The Saturday before I tried contacting them to confirm if everything was received and that the gift will be delivered on time. To my Suprise no one answered and I sent a mail. I still haven’t received feedback and the gift was never delivered!
