Get out of e-Commerce - No Service

Exclusive Books are not working as an online business with their level of service. I placed an order for school books on the 8th of January 2023 with an estimated delivery date of 19 January 2023. There have been no updates and emails go unanswered. The contact numbers also go unanswered. Shocking service. I would not recommend them for ANYTHING.
