From Bad service, to Great job

I had a disappointing experience with customer care initially. My issue was not handled properly, and I felt frustrated and unheard. It was clear that the service fell below acceptable standards.

However, just when I was about to give up, Refiloe stepped in and completely turned things around. She was very professional, empathetic, and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Thanks to Refiloe, what started as a negative experience ended on a positive note.

While I cannot overlook the poor handling at the beginning, I greatly appreciate Refiloe's efforts. If more staff exhibited Refiloe's dedication and care, it would improve the overall customer experience significantly.
