Fabulous Fifi

I visited the Exclusive books store in Rosebank mall for a few books for my 8year old daughter. I just wanted to thank Fifi for the wonderful service and great knowledge on kids books and authors. She’s so amazing and she was so patient with my daughter. Highly appreciated and would like the Exclusive books management team to acknowledge her. In retail it’s not easy to always be so amazing when dealing with different personalities but I can assure you Fifi has a personality for people.
