Exclusive Books Zero Response to Incorrect Items Sent

Horrific Service! After weeks of trying to get hold of someone to action a refund or return for an online order where I paid for a new version of an non-fiction book and was supp**** with a book version 17 years older, the phones are literally never answered and none of my 5 emails have been responded to (despite the reference numbers and assurance that an agent will contact you shortly). So they're happy to take your money but good luck if you need to return anything ever. Will NEVER shop at exclusive books again, no wonder there are so few left in the country! Disgusting Service!!
