Exclusive Books takes part in false advertising

<p> I was given tickets to an "exclusive" Harry Potter "party" for the release of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child last night. Cue showing up in full costume, super excited, just to find out that their idea of a "party" involved us all standing in a queue for 3 hours to buy the book being sold at more than it was being sold elsewhere. What a *******. If i had known that this would be what we were coming for, I wouldn't have bothered. When I got to the front of the queue I asked one of the men working at the cash registers when the party part of the night was going to start and he was very rude when he told me we'd already had the party (which was apparently what the long wait in line was). Out of principal I will no longer be buying books from Exclusive Books, ever again. Takealot, Loot and Reader's Warehouse will be getting my hard-earned cash from now on. You have lost a loyal customer who has been buying books very often from you for years. I refuse to give my money to a business that obvioulsy has no morals as they have no scruples about lying to fans and customers in order to make money. Well, it has backfired on you. I am not the only customer you will lose after the fiasco last night. I hope your R300 per person who bought the book was worth the thousands of rands you'll lose now that you've ****ed so many of us off that we're never buying from you again. It'll only be the imperius curse that gets me to set foot in your store ever again.</p>
