Exclusive books ruined Christmas

I ordered a book. On 7 Dec from exclusive books. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and the date of arrival was set for 22 Dec which was perfect timing.

They did not deliver, in fact the shop can’t even tell me where the book is. They did not reply to me messages on their website and someone in my family didn’t get their gift on time

Not only that, when I spoke to the person at the store they told me if I had ordered in store I would’ve had it in a week! Why is the website any different!

It is now the 28th. Understandably things don’t run over the long Christmas weekend but not a single person has let me know where my gift is or even bothered to reply to me on the chat.
