Exclusive books, Poor Service,

I placed an order with Exclusive books during the first week of December, i was notified that my items ordered were in stock and would be delivered by 14th December. Today is the 30th of December and no updates, etc from them. Ive tried calling their call centre's on numerous occasions ( *** and ***) and no one answers. I will definitely not be doing any online orders with this pathetic company again. **** service at the best !!!!
