Exclusive Books Online is a terrible service, don't put yourself through it.

I ordered a book for collection at a store close to me, and the expected delivery was to be 3 days later, but 21 days later and the order has still not been delivered. Trying to get a reply from the customer care email address or contact numbers is also an issue. The first time I gave them a try, and regret it, would steer clear in future. Just waiting on my refund now, and hoping that is processed, as I cancelled the order.
