Incredibly irritated Exclusive Books , I ordered a week ago I was promised delivery on the 18th, Spoke to numerous people in your organisation today , promises were made to call me back . I had to go onto the website to discover that there was a backlog, Why was I not informed of this backlog they were happy to take my money. I ordered the books expecting to have them by the weekend
