I had trouble purchasing books online and when I contacted them to see if they in fact stocked the book, they not only sourced the book for me and had it delivered timeously to their branch, they contacted IT support and had them contact me to rectify the online issues I was having.</p> <p>Always friendly and efficient service - they deserve the business!</p>
