Be it become known to all that the Christmas adverti*****t of Exclusive Books: "Santa's No 1 Supplier" is a blatant misrepresentation. Books ordered and paid for on 03 December #*** in the amount of R2 308, selected from the list of in stock items all with promised delivery before Christmas 2022 but no later than 15 December 2022, still not delivered. No responses to repeat e-mails other than an automated "ticket issued" e-mail reply- probably for travel to Timbuktu or perhaps a theatre ticket to watch World's End the movie without any other communication.
