Exclusive books is negligent

I’m utterly disappointed in the experience I’ve been getting with exclusive books in relation to their evoucher system.Its my second time ordering evouchers on their website which states that they’ll be delivered to my address which is a system fault on their side.

I always have to call and send emails to rectify this.This time it’s even worse cause my order is not being followed up and I made the purchase four days ago.

To my understanding and experience with other stores I receive vouchers immediately after payment but with exclusive books it’s a different and daunting experience.
