Exclusive Books is garbbage

I placed an order online for delivery. They dont even have my order in their system and at that point my delivery date has just passed. This order was for a birthday gift. What's the use getting it?

I called 7 time and no one could help instead they were sending me from pillar to post. At that point they have my money. These guys have zero customer care. If you want a good book rather find it elsewhere or even better find a good book store that still cares about their clients

I'm still waiting for my delivery?
