Exclusive Books gift vouchers

I recieved a gift voucher that my work colleagues bought for me online. The first timw i went in store to Tygervalley all worked fine. The second time when trying to use the balance on the voucher has been a massive frusttation. I was at Tygervalley again this past Saturday and while the staff are polite and pleasant they are unable to navgate the system or the system is inadequate and doesnt retain data on vouchers. Either way a terrible customer experience and huge inconvenience. I have never had an issue like this with Bargain Books who will definitely be my new book store going forward.
