Exclusive books dont use them! promises promises

<p>I ordered a book on Thursday the 12th January, with free delivery stating it would take 2-3 days for delivery to my closest store. 3 working days later I contacted the call centre and was told it would be delivered on the Wednesday [4th day after order]. The customer care manager sent me an email to confirm this. Wednesday I called to follow up again at 15h30 to be told it would be at least another day. This is unacceptable. It is also in breach of the advertised delivery. Which I will take up with the AASA. The book was paid in full on the date of purchase and now I have to wait. If I don't have the book today I want a full refund including my bank charges.</p>
