Exclusive Books disappoints during the holiday season, 10 thumbs down!!!

I am giving a one-star review because a negative one-star is not available. I ordered a complete series of The Hunger Games as a Christmas present for my daughter (belated actually as I bought it on the 19th of December online but the only available delivery date is 27 December. I am writing this on the 28th of December. The last response I got from my inquiries was yesterday at 12:26 pm from Bronicia saying the Warehouse has not received my orders. I checked today, and the same status on my orders is "at the warehouse". I sent messages on the chat and no Bronicia or any other soul online to respond. I sent emails to query, no response. I called and the voicemail said I could not leave a message as the box was full. WOW! Very disappointed customer. Never again.
