Exclusive books

I ordered a book from the Exclusive Books's website on the 23rd February 2015. Since then I have called about 3 times for answers as to why the order is taking so long! Every time, it was a different excuse and now today when I called yet again to find out where my book is, I was told sorry the stock is all gone. <br>
