Exceptional service at Exclusive Books Menlyn

Fantastic service from Menlyn Branch. I arrived to collect a book without my purse this morning. The fabulous Karien managed to process a payment online so that I could pay for my books and then gave me R10 to pay for my parking and leave the Mall. I was blown away. All the staff are wonderful in that store. A credit to their employer who has chosen staff who understand the true meaning of exceptional service. Thank you.
