dont buy online from exclusive books

had a terrible experience on 2 separate occasions. bought 1 book online and had late delivery, 1st told will take 2 weeks then didn't get any notice the delivery will further be delayed. Eventually got a mail saying its on its way. also took month to get my order. had to still collect at the store. then few weeks later bought another book (local) was informed book should be available 2 June, today I get a mail saying the book will be delayed by another 15 days. I call in and was told Cavendish has in store, I then get a mail saying sorry the book which was available has gone missing.
