Do not use their online service

Bought the books more than a month ago and had to wait and no correspondence is answered when mail their retarded online staff members, but they are easy to accept the money when buying online but their service is **********, i used to go to these stores to buy my books but with this experience it will be the last… the past it clearly was managed properly if things had to be ordered they had the reputation of getting things done now one can see they are reaching government level of service… their online service is far below any other online shop… and this is the main reason why businesses close and gets moved to places like takealot, simply because takealot delivers no matter what and did not abuse the new african verb of “but covid” thats clearly the new excuse and its no longer “we are offline”….
