Do not buy online! No delivery and no refund after cancellation!

First time ordering online but I have been an in-store customer for many years. I placed an order online on 7 December with estimated delivery indicated as within 36 hours. Due to not receiving it on time and not receiving any feedback after I made an enquiry regarding my order on 10 December, I cancelled on 11 December and have not received my refund nor any communication or assistance since then. I requested assistance via email, on Facebook, and no assistance beyond asking me for order information, after which there's just radio silence. No urgency to refund a customer her money after they failed to deliver. They better know I'm expecting interest as of date of cancellation as my money is in their bank account for no good reason and no one seems bothered to assist! So disappointed!
