DO NOT BUY FROM EXCLUSIVE BOOKS ONLINE STORE

I bought a book on the exclusive books online store. After +- 1-2 Weeks I queried when I will receive my book. They informed me that they are having issues with shipments from overseas. After another 1-2 weeks they still didn't even keep me updated with and e-mail saying they are still waiting for stock or what the case may be. I e-mailed them again and asked for a refund. I send them my banking details and 3 days later they send me a R100 voucher. Now a week later I still haven't received my money I paid for the book. WHERE IS MY MONEY? Will NEVER buy from them again.
