DO NOT BUY FROM EXCLUSIVE BOOKS!

I ordered two books on 10th November with estimated delivery 8th December, so in time for Christmas.

From when I enquired about it the first time on 11th December, having had no update or word from Exclusive Books, I was promised delivery every day for nearly two weeks with none happening.

Finally, on 21st December, I gave them an ultimatum to deliver by noon or I would cancel the order - I would now have to scramble to get replacement presents in time for Christmas. Shortly after midday on the same day I duly cancelled the order. In response I received an email from Bronicia Graaff telling me that R60 would be deducted from my refund because the order is out for delivery. It is simply mind-boggling!

On the same day I suddenly received an email in response to my original email from the 11th December from Lesley Thomas - 10 days after I'd sent my email - claiming that the delivery would happen on that day.

Between Exclusive Books and Aramex they have handled this in the most unprofessional, ***********ly shocking way. They shouldn't be in business, simple as that.

I will definitely take this up with consumer protection if I do not receive my full refund within the next couple of days.
