Dishonesty

<p>I ordered a book online on 6 July and the system said the book was available and would be delivered by 21 July. A few days later the system indicated 22 July - not a big problem. Upon checking the system once again, I saw that there was no date indicated. Concerned, I called the customer centre to follow up. They then said the book would be delivered by 26 July. Today is the 26th. When I called in I was told that the book hasn't even left your warehouse yet! I'm told that this is due to a system problem. Considering this book is meant as a gift, i'm quite annoyed as I've since passed the date that I wanted to present this gift. Next time i'd rather use fun books or takealot. They have the resources available.. and they're more reliable.</p>
